The Topatsis Consulting Methodology (TCM) constitutes the methodological foundation developed within the activities of Topatsis Consulting. TCM connects its theoretical and philosophical foundation with its methodological flow, specialized frameworks and tools, knowledge, academic access, and application. Its architecture constitutes a coherent system of thinking and application that can be adapted to the requirements of different organizational fields while maintaining its fundamental logic.
